When I run the original "main.m", the message below pops at the end of the packing.
pixel size : 0.2 micro meters
I'm not sure about what "pixel" means, but can I ignore this ?
I think so as the code accepts input of mean Radius and gap length in micrometers, and the output "axon" variable hold the value that seems the exact radius and length in micrometers.
The last figure ("figure1000") that shows the over all result of the packed axons seems unnecessary for the current simulation.
Can you switch off this figure in your code ? (or may I?)
