CoMFi

Collisional Multi-Fluid ion MHD code

This project is currently under over-haul to make it more user-friendly and relatable to my dissertation. Stay tuned.

Requirements

  • A C++11 capable compiler.
  • An OpenMP capable compiler. (Not required but strongly recommended)
  • Armadillo
  • ViennaCL
  • OpenCL and an OpenCL capable CPU/GPU/MIC
  • HDF5
  • (Optional) Python for the visualization package (you may use your own HDF5 capable visualization tool)
