Bonus sideeffect: Those pesky linker warnings about missing PDBs are now gone. It was due to the new files uploaded. The zlib/openssl makefiles had some switches hardcoded inside them that I hadn't discovered before.

Oh and now the uploaded package uses RC_1_1 instead of RC_1_0

Personally I don't actively pursue to use latest c++ features.
