Please provide the following information

qBittorrent version and Operating System

qBittorrent v4.1.5
Windows 10 Home Version 10.0.17763 Build 17763

What is the problem

qBittorrent often has to re-check many large torrents when it is launched, which takes a long time.

What is the expected behavior

Torrents to resume where they left off without having to re-check many of them.

Steps to reproduce

Not sure.

Important info

I've noticed that this issue usually occurs if I exit my VPN, which has a kill switch, too soon after closing qBittorrent.

Process log

(C) 2019-02-10T23:15:44 - Fast resume data was rejected for torrent 'SomeTorrent'. Reason: SomeTorrent fast resume rejected. stat(H:\&\SomeTorrent.m2ts): mismatching file timestamp. Checking again...

Extra info

The destination of unfinished and finished torrents are located on different drives. Torrents that are downloading are stored on my H:/ drive, whereas finished torrents are stored on my C:/. They both used to be located on my C:/, but I recently moved the unfinished torrents to my H:/ drive. Would this have something to do with it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
