I suggest a feature for a simple list of file names do_not_download.exe and extensions *.exe that get marked as Priority -> Do Not Download automatically for all torrents. List may be accessed in Options -> Downloads.

This is not a duplicate, but a specific feature request. Previous posts ask for a general feature (filtering) that may be implemented in any number of ways. This is one simple and specific way.

I think it's not a good feature. I agree that some files which are often included with torrents can be annoying, not downloading these however damages the swarm as there will less full seeders.

Missing edge pieces as a result of not downloading "unwanted" files does indeed cause problems for the torrent swarm. At its worst, "wanted" files may not be complete-able due to missing their 1st or last piece.

This is a common feature that fundamentally already exists in qBittorent. We just lack automation for it - which is basically just a list. [Issues not directly relating to this software are not in topic.]
