qBittorrent version and Operating System

4.1.6 on CentOS 7

If on linux, libtorrent and Qt version

Qt 5.9.2, libtorrent 1.1.2

What is the problem

External program (with quotes) not running due html parsing

What is the expected behavior

The external program to run with additional parameters

Steps to reproduce

Add an external program on completion with additional parameters, since torrent names may contain spaces, they must be between quotes. In example, this is my entry:

curl "https://api.telegram.org/token/sendMessage?chat_id=id&text=Torrent %N (%I) is done"

or

bash script.sh "%N" "%I"

When I look at the log, I can see special chars in the command are parsed to entities, probably cause the command not to execute:

{"id":73,"message":"Torrent: torrent-name, extern programma uitvoeren, opdracht: curl "https://api.telegram.org/token/sendMessage?chat_id=id&text=Torrent torrent-name (torrent-hash) is done"","timestamp":1557772806523,"type":1}

Extra info

When I use a regular bash script (without quoted parameters) it does work, but then I cannot attach information regarding the completed torrent.

With kind regards,

Tim
