QXcbConnection: XCB error: 3 (BadWindow), sequence: 28299, resource id: 21124275, major code: 40 (TranslateCoords), minor code: 0

this is not critical, such messages appears often for Qt applications, at least on Ubuntu-based distros

terminate called after throwing an instance of 'boost::system::system_error'
what(): eventfd_select_interrupter: Too many open files.

this explains the reason of the crash. but there is nothing unusual... just increase open descriptors limit, see my this post #10849 (comment) for details. this will solve your issue and this ticket can be closed
