qBitorrent cant find downloaded file #11178

Please provide the following information

qBittorrent version and Operating System

qBittorrent 4.1.7
Windows 10 build 14393

If on linux, libtorrent and Qt version

Irrelevant

What is the problem

qBitorrent cant find downloaded file

What is the expected behavior

qBitorrent should find downloaded file

Steps to reproduce

  1. Install qBittorent 4.17 to D:\PortableApps\
  2. Enable Portable Switch via
    REG ADD "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Environment" /v QBT_PORTABLE /d 1 /f
  3. Set default download folder to D:\torrent\
  4. Download any torrent and complete it
  5. Close qBittorrent and open it. It will show an error because it cant find downloaded file
  6. Set default download folder to E:\torrent\
  7. Download any torrent and complete it
  8. Close qBittorrent and open it. It will find the downloaded file successfully

Extra info(if any)

It looks like qBittorrent is using relative path when default download folder is at the same drive but it use combination of / and \

Install folder D:\PortableApps\qBitorrent\qBitorrent.exe
Download folder D:\torrent\
It should be ..\..\torrent\ not ..\..\..\..\torrent\
