The user should be able to change the current location of the torrent data / files to a different location if the data has been moved, or is moved via a setting in properties for the torrent item in the main. This would be useful if you want qBittorrent to look for the data for the torrent in a user specified location. Thanks.

It would be nice to have properties setting for each torrent file where we make important changes in settings etc. This is something qBittorrent lacks!

Right click > Set Location does exactly this. It works in both cases, whether the file data is in the original location or not. You may need to recheck the torrent.

Or am I misunderstanding the issue?

Thats great I never knew thats what "Set Location" was for. Thanks.
It would be nicer if it was under Settings in Right Click menu, would be more obvious.

General convention for any software is that settings come under Properties. So having "Set Location" under Properties dialog would be nicer IMO.
