qBittorrent version and Operating System Arch

If on linux, libtorrent-rasterbar and Qt version

Qt: 5.13.1
Boost 1.71.0

What is the problem

A search plugin that I developed is suddenly not supported. I've cleared the cache as described here.

What is the expected behavior

The plugin should install without hitches as it did on older versions

Steps to reproduce

  1. Install qBt-IPT
  2. Wait for failure

Extra info(if any)

@ngosang I've looked at other plugins that work, and I can't tell what's causing the problem.
My qbittorrent CLI output shows Could not parse Nova search engine capabilities, msg: Connection Error: Service Temporarily Unavailable

IPTorrents now is using Cloudflare. You are not going to be able to login using user/password. In the Jackett implementation they are requesting the user to copy the cookie from the browser. Then they send all requests with the cookie, no login need.
