qBittorrent version and Operating System

v4.1.9.1, Windows 10

What is the problem

qB reports port 0 when a proxy is used which is not allowed on some trackers. End result: no connection with peers.

What is the expected behavior

qB doesn't listen on port 0 when using a proxy.

Steps to reproduce

Any v4.x with the use of a proxy, either SOCKS5 or HTTP. Not all tracker report the error hence might look fine.

Extra info(if any)

Works fine on v2.x. Problem was raised and closed many years ago, still no fix. Might as well remove proxy support from the qB feature list altogether at this point.
