Please provide the following information

qBittorrent version and Operating System

qbittorrent 4.0.3 Linux Mint 19.2 On Virtual Box

If on linux, libtorrent-rasterbar and Qt version

Qt 5.9.3 libtorrent 1.1.5.0 Boost 1.65.1

What is the problem

qbittorrent becomes sluggish, and transfer speed drops to a few bytes/sec.
Adding new torrents during this time, (with .torrent files) "works", but the items isn't showing up on the download list untill qbittorrent "wakes up" again. Then all added torrents pops up on the list, and the speed increases..

I've got "keep incomplete torrents in.." activated, in a shared folder /media/incoming_incomplete/ and the finished files are stored in /media/incoming/

I suspect that something happens when the qbittorrent are moving the files from one shared directory to the other..

I saw on oracle webpage, that a similar bug has occurred before, but since this only affect qbittorrent, and all other applications works during this, I suspect it's qbittorrent.

What is the expected behavior

Qbittorrent continues it's primary function without slowing down when files are copied.

Steps to reproduce

Download a lot (15) 1gig files simultaneously, while qbittorrent saves and moves files on two different shared directories.

Extra info(if any)

This issue don't appear to happen if 1-2 torrents are downloading.
The processor works at 25-50%, and that includes the virtual box and VPN client.
