Please provide the following information

qBittorrent version and Operating System

4.1.9.1 and 4.1.7 ubuntu 18.04

If on linux, libtorrent-rasterbar and Qt version

libtorrent-rasterbar-dev: Installed: 1.1.5-1build1
qtbase5-dev: Installed: 5.9.5+dfsg-0ubuntu2.1

What is the problem

I was running qbittorrent 4.1.7 (I think) then it suddenly crashed and when I executed it again 40% of the torrents were gone. Then I exited and upgraded it. Now I am running the latest version and after starting it 60% of the torrents are gone. But in the directory: ~/.local/share/data/qBittorrent/BT_backup I have all the torrent files and the fastresume files. I don't know why qbittorrent doesn't load all the files.

What is the expected behavior

some (a lot in your case) .fasteresume files may be broken in case of unexpected end of app. such .fastresume files are rejected and not loaded, so you will not see the corresponding torrents in list.
just re-add all torrents you have in BT_backup, qBittorrent will re-check data and broken .fasteresumes will be overwritten with new ones.

Thanks.
But after exiting the upgraded version of qbittorrent that was running, I've executed it again and now it seems that there are no missing torrents, apparently. In fact I've compared the actual fastresume with the previous one (the one that was missing) and they are the same... Adding them would be a lot of work, there are categories, also I wouldn't know what is completed and what is pending to download, etc. I think from now on I'll try to make backups often. Maybe that could be a feature to add to qbittorrent? Keep some backups to avoid that this could happen.
