qBittorrent version and Operating System

(latest: windows 10 Pro 64bit)

If on linux, libtorrent-rasterbar and Qt version

What is the problem

(my torrents from private trackers wont seed. )

Make sure your current client version is whitelisted (qBittorrent 4.2.1 is not whitelisted on some trackers, looking at you, AB) and that they aren't experiencing any tracker issues (a small amount of trackers' statuses can be seen here). Otherwise, you may not be connectable.

From the image, it looks like you are communicating with the tracker fine, and by definition you are seeding each of those torrents, but either you are not connectable or no one is snatching said torrents.
