Please provide the following information

If on linux, libtorrent-rasterbar and Qt version

(type here)

What is the problem

(Download and Upload Rate is different from what is on top and in bottom. I faced the problem in v-4.2.2, there was no problem in v-4.2.1
Check the image

What is the expected behavior

(Showing the actual speed at both place would be the expected behavior )

Same here on Windows 10 Pro after upgrade from 4.2.1 to 4.2.2 - the upload speed has downgraded drastically. I've tested it for a several hours and it has not raised higher than 1MB\s (my average upload speed is 3-4MB\s, top is 10). After that I decided to downgrade qBt and upload speed immediately recovered back to normal value and stays there.
Here's the graph of my wan interface. You can clearly see the outgoing traffic stuck on something like 10Mbit\s for a time - it was a 4.2.2 test.

Thanks for the report, but this is not really related to the OP. Please open a separate issue to report this. The OP is about inconsistency in the display of the speed, not that the speed is slower.
