What is the problem?

The current installer is using version 3.08. Please consider upgrading to the latest version.

1. Run installation
2. Go to next page
3. Read the name and version of the installer at the bottom of the window

@sledgehammer999 Can you ensure that any "Release" builds use NSIS 3.09, I will request "upstream" to update their toolset script (Currently at NSIS 3.08) Done! See: actions/runner-images#8890 & if they do so - it'll be included in next Image release for our CI.

No, I can't ensure that any release will use latest NSIS. It is a bottom priority dependency for me. It works good enough and I don't regularly check for any updates of it.
PS: I have used 3.09 for v4.6.2.

@sledgehammer999 JFYI, when NSIS 3.10 is released (pending with unknown ETA) please consider making it a prerequisite since RTL localization is fixed in it. Until then RTL localization is broken within the installer.
