[Wishlist] Pre-populate filename in torrent creator

When creating a torrent, it would be nice if a filename was pre-populated into the save file dialog box so that we didn't have to type one in ourselves if we didn't want it. It could simply be filename.extension.torrent and folder-name.torrent. Most of the time that's what people name torrent files anyway but users would still be able to change them.

(I'm using the Windows version of qBittorrent if it matters.)
