Please provide the following information

qBittorrent version and Operating System:

3.10 , WIn10 updated

If on linux, libtorrent and Qt version:

What is the problem:

If I connect my other internet connection (via usb, unsure about others) It stops working immediately and if closed wont open and cause system wide lag

What is the expected behavior:

For the problem to not happen.

Steps to reproduce:

If program is open and 2nd internet is not, just connect it.
If program is not open and 2nd connection is, just open it.

Extra info(if any):

Both connections in windows are classified as Ethernet connection for some reason even though one is via USB and one is actually Ethernet.

Edit: nothing changes in the log inside the appdata > local > qbittorrent.
Edit2: this is all the log that happens if I connect my 2nd internet while qbittorrent opens. in the 6 minute difference I try to open qbittorrent while but nothing happens to i close it via task manager, remove my second internet and then open it.
