qBittorrent icon and name in the start menu not showing

qBittorrent v3.3.11 on Windows 10 Pro:

Problem is that program icon and name is not in the Start menu (it is hidden)

I am using Latvian locale and there letter "Q" is not in the alphabet.
So I expect qBittorrent to show itself in the last category "international" or "world" (globe icon).
And yet this program is nowhere to be found!

Incidentally µTorrentis in the section of numbers in the same menu not in the "international" or "world".
This shows that the section might be configurable.

What is the expected behavior:

So I expect qBittorrent to show itself in the last category "international" or "world" (globe icon).

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Control panel > Region
2. Set Formats to Latvian (Latvia)
3. Set Location to Latvia
4. Go to 3rd tab Administrative
5. Set Change system locale to Latvian (Latvia)
6. Restart Windows 10
7. Install qBittorrent on Windows 10
8. Open Start menu
9. Observe qBittorrent not in the menu
10. Click on Recently added to see "alphabet menu"
11. Observe "international" or "world" (globe icon) not active

This issue has been closed and locked for being too old, and thus either most likely resolved in recent versions or no longer applicable.
If you experience the reported problem or similar in the latest version, please open a new issue report with the requested information in the issue template.

A new issue report with relevant updated data gathered from the latest version is preferable to necroing an old report with a comment like "still happens in version x.y.z", even if you think the bug is the same, or suspect of a regression.
Due to the changes made to the qBittorrent code and its dependencies over time, the exact cause of your problem could be totally different than the original one, despite the visible symptoms of the bug being similar.
Thus, providing relevant updated information is crucial to find and fix the root cause of a recurrent problem or regression.
