Please provide the following information

qBittorrent version and Operating System:

3.4.0beta2 win10 home 1703 (15063.632)

If on linux, libtorrent and Qt version:

What is the problem:

force recheck doesn't recheck completed folder if i have separate destinations for "torrents in progress / incomplete torrents" and "completed torrents".. let me explain:

tools>options>downloads

"default save path:" D:\downloads\completed
"keep incomplete torrents in" D:\downloads\in_progress
"copy .torrent files to:" D:\downloads\torrent_files

if i download a torrent and have it complete then delete the torrent off the queue list without deleting the data, then re-add the torrent later on, (say from my D:\downloads\torrent_files location or just by re-downloading it) it does not automatically (nor manually) check the completed folder for the file (utorrent does this just fine).

it starts the download because it sees that D:\downloads\in_progress is empty which is where it puts the data off the torrent first. then it presumably overwrites the data from D:\downloads\in_progress to D:\downloads\completed.

this can be solved by not having an incomplete torrents folder. if i uncheck that and re-add the torrent it will find it and recheck automatically. but the in_progress folder is important for troubleshooting and file verification and other things. hopefully this can be resolved soon - shouldn't be too hard to have them check both paths before begging download.

What is the expected behavior:

explained above in what seems to be decent detail

Steps to reproduce:

enable

tools>options>downloads

"default save path:" D:\downloads\completed
"keep incomplete torrents in" D:\downloads\in_progress
"copy .torrent files to:" D:\downloads\torrent_files

download any torrent.
remove torrent but leave the data
re-add torrent.
waste bandwidth and write cycles. V_V

Extra info(if any):

will check back and update/ clarify accordingly. thanks
