When the Options window is open, mouse scroll should not change values, but only scroll the window.
Just spent 2 hours trying to understand why my client had limited connectivity, only to discover that when I scrolled through the Options window with my mouse wheel I accidentally scrolled over proxy settings and selected a value other than None.
Also happens a lot with Tray Icon Style and any other setting with wide horizontal selects.

@Deepcuts you didn't mention what OS you're using.

But what your suggesting would deeply disappoint me as a Windows 10 (1 - 10) user. This is the expected behaviour, as the new paradigm for recent versions of Windows, and greatly improves productivity across, and through, so many applications. Even this page would not work as intended, adding many more clicks/tabs to view/add content.

It just requires the user to have deliberate actions and not fuddy duddy around to much.

@hdcTenBasePid i don't think you understood the suggestion. Note i only used the scroll wheel, no clicks. I only wanted to scroll down the options.

Sorry about the size, it doesn't seem like i can resize images anymore on github...
