Please provide the following information

qBittorrent version and Operating System

qBittorrent Version is 4.0.2, WIndows 10 pro 64bit update number 1709

What is the problem

I downloaded a torrent that has several folders, let's say we have these folders:
File.Part.1
File.Part.2
File.Part.3
File.Part.4

I select:
File.Part.3
File.Part.4

normally qBittorrent will download 3 and 4 then seed them... actually that what happened, until the last major update, as I remember it started with version 4 or 4.0.1

so what happens is qBitTorrent is showing me error message for the "missed" files (which are part 1 and 2) with this message:
05/12/17 09:49 - An I/O error occurred, 'filename_here' paused. filename_here partfile read (F:\Downloads\Torrent...filename_here) error: No such file or directory

What is the expected behavior

nothing, qBittorrent should never look for them since I didn't select them.

Steps to reproduce

I am not sure, this only happened to one torrent, which the only one I have with specified folders, most of the time I download the whole torrent.

Extra info(if any)

I tried to select and deselect "missed" folders (in hope for updating download setting) but it is still the same.

Second that! Keeps showing those errors. what is strange is that they are not shown in Activity log, but keeps showing in interface. with no possibility to disable.
