Please provide the following information

qBittorrent version and Operating System

4.03, Windows 10

If on linux, libtorrent and Qt version

(type here)

What is the problem

After changing default download location all torrents are transferred to the new location automatically.

What is the expected behavior

Torrents should stay where they are and be transferred on explicit request only.

Steps to reproduce

add another hard disk, change default download folder to the new hard disk

Extra info(if any)

My hard disk got almost full and i bought another one. After installing it, i changed the default download location to the new drive. Now, all of a sudden all my torrents are automatically transferred to the new disk.
I wanted to add download space, not to replace it.

I changed in Saving Management everything to manual mode, since everything was set on automatic. Transfer seemed to stop. Next day when i used qbittorrent again. I didn't check anything thinking that the issue was resolved. Later on, to my dismay, i realized, a lot of torrents were transferred to the new disk.
Now i have tons of torrents to move back to the old drive. On top of it, some of the torrents are getting downloaded again.
