Please provide the following information

qBittorrent version and Operating System

4.0.4 on Windows 10

If on linux, libtorrent and Qt version

(type here)

What is the problem

I start the damn thing and it just hangs and then crashes. I use my smarthphone tethering for Internet service and if I remove my phone then the client functions normally, but the moment I enable tethering it stops responding.

Too old. Open a new issue if you have problems with the latest version.
