Windows --qBittorrent portable 2bugs... #8861

Please provide the following information

qBittorrent version and Operating System

qBittorrent version:4.1.0
System:Windows10 1803

What is the problem

bug1.Start portable version with --portable,
select“Use qBittorrent for magent links”,
Exit qBittorrent client,Chrome click magent links,
Using the current system User qBittorrent Config,Not --portable qBittorrent config.
bug2.Start portable version with --portable,
The qBittorrent will pop up the error message.

What is the expected behavior

bug1.Use --portable config,not using the current system User qBittorrent Config.
bug2.Error message should not appear.

Steps to reproduce

bug1.
[1].Start with qBittorrent .exe --portable,
[2].select“Use qBittorrent for magent links”,
[3].Exit qBittorrent client
[4].Chrome click magent links

bug2.
[1].Start with qBittorrent .exe --portable.

bug1: the magnet link assoc without --portable
I think qB need to check a command argument before setting the file association.
