Please provide the following information

qBittorrent version and Operating System

4.1.3 with Windows 10 17134

What is the problem

No search plugins work anymore. When I click check for updates on plugins, every plugin says "Couldn't install "piratebay" search engine plugin. Plugin is not supported". But not just piratebay but any plugin. When I try to manually install a plugin (I tried with ettv) through local file, same error.

What is the expected behavior

Succesfully installed plugins.

Steps to reproduce

Open qBittorrent, try to install a plugin

Extra info(if any)

Had a lot of plugins that worked a few days ago, and suddenly they all disappeared from the plugin list. I tried completely erasing nova/nova3 folders but that did not fix the error. Tried completely reinstalling qBittorrent, that did not change anything as well.

I have both Python 2.7 and 3.7 installed with PATH leading to 3.7 I think. Python works as evident by the fact that youtube-dl github project works perfectly.

Tried completely reinstalling qBittorrent, that did not change anything as well.

Did you remove the hidden folder under %appdata% as well when reinstalling?

Did your issue start after updating qBittorrent or did it appear "out of nowhere", as far as you know?

I'm experiencing the same issue, and it appeared "out of nowhere" too. AFAIK I haven't modified my system in any way up until this issue popped up.
Using version 4.1.3 on Windows 10 1803.
