Please provide the following information

qBittorrent version and Operating System

4.1.3 (Windows)

If on linux, libtorrent and Qt version

What is the problem

.incomplete files conflict while downloading at the same time from 2 or more RSS Feeds.
(Happens when 2 or more different RSS Feeds add the same file while downloading at the same time.)

What is the expected behavior

When the RSS Feed adds the 2nd torrent, there should be a distinguishing number appended at the end of the extension to differentiate the file from the other. For example if you have "Append .!qb to incomplete files" enabled, the first file could be ".!qb" and if the RSS feed adds another torrent with the same name, then name the 2nd incomplete file ".!qb2" and so on...

Steps to reproduce

Having 2 or more RSS Feeds download the same file at the same time.

Extra info(if any)

I have 5 different RSS Feeds (5 Different trackers) with 5 different Finished Download folders with their tracker name.
When 2 or more RSS feeds grab the same file, since they all use the same incomplete folder, it causes a conflict when the files are exactly the same. Maybe add an option to select an incomplete folder for each RSS feed or for each subcategory?
