Memory Leak with high speed upload #9794

Please provide the following information

qBittorrent version and Operating System

Ubuntu 18.04
qBittorrent 4.1.3

If on linux, libtorrent and Qt version

Qt 5.9.5
libtorrent 1.0.11

What is the problem

I'm using a 1Gbps seedbox, and when downloading and uploading at about 1Gbps concurrently with multiple (<10) fast torrents, there's a chance that qB will stop responding and the memery usage keep going up.
My seedbox has 32GB memory and qB will use up all of them when it crashes.

What is the expected behavior

No memory leak

Steps to reproduce

Download multiple high speed torrents, and let them upload as fast as possible until reaching the port speed.
Then there's a chance qB will stop responding and the memory leak happens.

You are using the latest version of qBittorrent, so you either compiled from source or installed through the ppa.
Either way, shouldn't your libtorrent version be 1.1.9?
That could be the problem

I use qbittorrent mainly for private trackers on a dual-stack network, libtorrent 1.0.11's behavior fits my needs more than libt 1.1 does. Therefore I compile the latest qB against libt 1.0 branch.
