qBittorrent version and Operating System

qBittorrent 4.1.3
Windows 10 Pro 1809

What is the problem

Files downloaded with qBittorrent doesn't keep NTFS security permissions.
I'm having a shared folder on my harddrive. I've set the security permission "Everyone" to "Read and execute". This is inherited to sub-folders and files. qBittorrent doesn't adhere to these settings.

I am using automatic torrent management and categories to download to specific subfolder in the share.

What is the expected behavior

Security settings set on a NTFS folder should be applied to the files downloaded by qBittorrent.

Steps to reproduce

Create a folder with custom NTFS permissions. Have qBittorrent download to this folder.
