tests/qtest: Introduce tests for Xilinx VERSAL CANFD controller

The QTests perform three tests on the Xilinx VERSAL CANFD controller: Tests the CANFD controllers in loopback. Tests the CANFD controllers in normal mode with CAN frame. Tests the CANFD controllers in normal mode with CANFD frame.
