[travis] deeper git clone, allows re-running earlier commits

when dash submission fails

When is this required? Or better how does it help dash?

@m-kuhn have a look a recent Travis history. There's a test which broke because a commit was added before Travis had a chance to clone the first commit. I also like to be able to resubmit builds when Travis reports a failure just because of dash issues... With a depth of 1 this wasn't possible.
