When there is only one layer in the TOC "Select feature by area" tool doesn't work and retun this error: "No active vector layer: To select features, choose a vector layer in the legend"

Already fixed in master/3.2

  • resolution was changed from to fixed/implemented
  • status_id was changed from Open to Closed
