Browser - "Project home" folder shortcut does not appear when a new project is saved #29919

  • Click on "new project"

  • the "Project home" is not there

  • save project as ...

  • the "Project home" is still not there <--- the bug is this !!!

  • from recent project re-open the newly created project

  • finally "Project home" appears

Emit newProject after save project as ... (#30025)
* Emit newProject after save project as ...

Fixes #29919

* Use QgisApp::projectSavedAs signal when project is saved with a new path

* Update browser project home path when saved as

* Set home path when reading a project

* Emit homePathChanged in any case
