Adds support for GNSS devices that generates NMEA RMC messages with prefix $GN without manual configuration of the Talker ID in the device configuration.
This resolves issue that is documented as #12980 (https://hub.qgis.org/issues/12980).
I have tested it on Navilock NL-8004P (U-BLOX).
