I've added interface elements for specifying the raster resolution when converting vector to raster data using the GDAL Rasterize plugin. So far, it has only been possible to specify the raster size.

This will be a very welcome feature. Can someone commit this so I can start test the new option in the tool?

Giuseppe do you think is possible to commit this patch? it would improve a lot the usability of the tool. Thanks!

There's a spurious spacer in the widget, sorry (the block <item> <spacer name="verticalSpacer">...</item> can be removed), then the height can be set to 261 instead of 532. Should I edit the pull request?
