show how to run actions in QIIME 2 interfaces other than the CLI

Improvement Description
The docs only show how to execute actions using the command line interface (e.g. qiime diversity beta ...). It'd be awesome to let users see how to execute each action in the interface of their choice. For example, there could be a tabbed pane showing how to execute the action from the command line, using the Python "Artifact API", though q2studio, etc.

The available plugins page could also benefit from having a "choose-your-own-interface" style of presentation.
