Description

To allow XAP to identify devices slightly better, this exposes an API for chipid/serial number/etc.

Currently stubbed out to return 0 for a few scenarios, only stm32 and avr are currently covered. If someone can be bothered, more chips can be added with inspiration from something like https://github.com/ricaun/ArduinoUniqueID.
