Description

To make the eventual DD config more consistent, this PR changes SPLIT_HAND_MATRIX_GRID_LOW_IS_RIGHT to SPLIT_HAND_MATRIX_GRID_LOW_IS_LEFT matching SPLIT_HAND_PIN_LOW_IS_LEFT.
