Step 1: Figure out an appropriate syntax

Step 2: Add appropriate error checking to the original package
Check that the output cdf is as expected, i.e., that the cdf of the result at 0.05 is the lower bound and the cdf at the upper bound is 0.95 (or something else if ci_length is not 0.9)
Check that inputs are between 0 and 1, and that one is greater than the other
Check that the output is the correct type of object at all
