Python 3.6 must be dropped since no numpy version is simultaneously compatible with Python 3.6 and 3.10. Also, Cirq dropped 3.6 support ages ago. So there's that. |

Quick question: will the Docker image in gcr.io be updated with 3.7 soon (within a day) after this PR gets merged? |

Our process for updating the Docker images is unfortunately quite a bit more manual than the pypi release - if this is a priority for you, please open an issue and I'll get to it as soon as I can. |
