code.quarkus and improving guides visibility

Description

code.quarkus provides information about the guide related to the extension but the detail is pretty hidden in the dropdown menu.

Making this information this more visible can be another vector to make people aware about the appropriate documentation.

We could have label next to the extension name, the label would be clickable, the guide would open in new window/tab.

There is also product code.quarkus and product docs aspect, but I think we can focus just on the community side for now.
