Allow table classes in any table (incl. computational output) #4743
Description
This might need to go through quarto's api and messages so that we know where to get things from.
Because we're talking specifically about tables, and our new "table input syntax" is "just HTML", we should probably also read from the table classes themselves and insert the right prefixes, like we do for markdown tables in 1.3.
