somehow integrate latest aquilon builds in release

It might be a good idea that the release process automerges latest aquilon (and aquilon-protocols) upstream branch in master (and pushes it) and makes rpms for it.
this way, there's no interference with the upstream way of doing things, but at least aquilon rpms become available from usual quattor yum repo.

the tricky part might be that this is python, and thus needs OS specific rpms for the whole pythonx.y python path mess.
