Please see https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/querydsl/ZrOwj-azzrU for details.

Querydsl:

new SQLSubQuery().from(QTbl1).where(inSubselectTokens(QTbl1.col, tokens, ',')).list();

Generated SQL:

select * from QTbl1 where col1 in (select * as col__1 from QTbl1)

The alias is inappropriate in the subquery. Perhaps this has something to do with the way my method inSubselectTokens works internally, because it uses TemplateExpressionImpl.create(String.class, "*") as projection. However, this had been working until Querydsl 2.6.0.

This issue is already in commited state. Cannot find a fix in the sources. Is there a workaround I may use in the meanwhile?

I missed to link the commit to this ticket. Just build the latest version from Git. It should work.
