Our hibernate mapping uses composite-ids without a class (persistent object is its own identifier):

<hibernate-mapping>
    <class name="test.MyEntity" table="MY_TABLE">
        <composite-id>
            <key-property name="pk1" column="PK1"/>
            <key-property name="pk2" column="PK2"/>
        </composite-id>
        <property name="prop1" column="PROP1">
    </class>
</hibernate-mapping>

HibernateDomainExporter should generate code for QMyEntity.myEntity.pk1 and QMyEntity.myEntity.pk2.
