for EclipseLink implement iterate using org.eclipse.persistence.queries.Cursor

import org.eclipse.persistence.jpa.JpaQuery;
import org.eclipse.persistence.queries.Cursor;

if (query instanceof JpaQuery) {
    JpaQuery<T> jQuery = (JpaQuery<T>) query;
    jQuery.setHint(QueryHints.RESULT_SET_TYPE, ResultSetType.ForwardOnly).setHint(QueryHints.SCROLLABLE_CURSOR, true);
    final Cursor cursor = jQuery.getResultCursor();
}

Iteration is now optimized for EclipseLink and Hibernate. Optimized versions for OpenJPA and Batoo are still missing.
