Getting SQL strings and bindings from SQLQuery #363

To be able to execute an SQL query outside Querydsl should support easy extraction of the SQL query string and the bindings for the prepared statement.

The syntax could be for example

SQLBindings sql = query.from(employee)
    .where(employee.firstname.eq(...))
    .createSQL(employee.id);

System.out.println(sql.getSQL());
System.out.println(sql.getBindings());
