ParamExpressions for DML clauses are ignored #378

The following code will not work :

Param<String> aParam = new Param<String>(String.class, "param");

SQLSubQuery subQuery = new SQLSubQuery();
subQuery.from(pet).where(pet.name.eq(aParam));
subQuery.set(aParam, "Fluffy");

SQLInsertClause insert = new SQLInsertClause(connection, getSqlTemplates(), pet);

insert.select(subQuery.list(Wildcard.all));
insert.execute();
