I ran across the Javadoc for SQLQueryFactory but it's not clear how to instantiate a copy. The problem is that you've got database-specific subclasses such as PostgresQueryFactory but also a database-neutral one as SQLQueryFactoryImpl.

Please document (in the Javadoc) the difference and how users are supposed to instantiate a copy.
