General Teradata support

Consider using additional function sets, e.g. http://downloads.teradata.com/download/extensibility/teradata-udfs-for-popular-oracle-functions

Still Missing:

  • date diff / trunc

It's seems that the "Oracle UDF for Teradata" package is deprecated. But these functions are now part of Teradata (at least with 14.10 release)
